Configurator Sessions iWhat is a session? One session = each time a customer opens the configurator until they close it, add to cart, or leave the page. What counts as one session: • A customer spends 30 minutes customizing colors, materials, and options - still 1 session • They create 5 different design variations before deciding - still 1 session • They change their mind multiple times and reconfigure everything - still 1 session What it's NOT: • NOT based on time spent in the configurator • NOT based on number of design changes made • NOT based on number of products added to cart Important: If a customer closes the configurator and opens it again later, that's a new session.
