Sub-processors

Mimeeq is committed to protecting customer data and being transparent about the third-party service providers we use to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the Mimeeq platform and related services.

This page lists the sub-processors that Mimeeq may use when providing services to customers. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable customer agreement, and any data processing addendum agreed with a customer.

1. Introduction

Some providers listed on this page support the core Mimeeq platform. Other providers are used only when a customer enables a specific feature, uses a specific workflow, contacts Mimeeq support, joins a recorded meeting, uses billing workflows, or uses optional AI-assisted functionality.

Public website cookies, advertising tags, and marketing analytics are handled separately in Mimeeq's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, unless those tools also process customer data for the Mimeeq platform or contracted services.

2. Scope of This Page

This page focuses on service providers that may process customer or service data in connection with the Mimeeq platform and related services.

The data processed by each provider depends on the relevant service, feature, support workflow, payment workflow, meeting workflow, integration, analytics configuration, or AI workflow used by the customer.
